Ross has at present about 1300 students and we will soon be signing with them, a new charter that we are now negotiating with them. This is going to be a very positive sign for the people of Dominica and Portsmouth as well,” he said.Skerrit told the Next Level Program that the new contract is seeking to increase the number of students from 1300 to 1510 by next year.“By 2015 we want to increase the number of students to 2000.
